YonokFoundation of History

Yonok Foundation was founded in 1988 by Dr. Nirund Jivasantikarn, who would later found Yonok University. Its establishment was honorably observed by Dr. Supachai Panitchpakdi, former Director-General of the World Trade Organization (WTO) and current Secretary-General of the UN Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD).

Yonok Foundation is committed to support both private and public organizations in providing good education to citizens. Its main mission was to establish, maintain, and contribute to Yonok University, with ongoing cooperation with world-class universities in the USA, including Baylor University, Babson College, Stanford University, Mercer University, University of Washington, and John Hopkins University. Yonok Foundation also aims to sustainably elevate the quality of English education in schools.
